Be Ocean USA Gift Cards are valid for purchases made through the Be Ocean USA online store and can only be redeemed in the United States.

Gift cards are issued and redeemable in U.S. dollars (USD).

No Expiration Date

Gift cards do not expire.

No Fees

No activation, service, dormancy, or inactivity fees will be charged against the gift card balance.

Non-Refundable

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Cash Redemption

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash and keep your gift card code secure. Be Ocean USA is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from a gift card code being lost, stolen, or shared, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Remaining Balance

If the full gift card balance is not used in one purchase, the remaining balance will remain available for future eligible purchases.

Promotions and Shipping

Gift cards are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping. Promotional offers, including free-shipping promotions, are subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

When a gift card is used to purchase physical merchandise, the order will be subject to the shipping rates and promotions applicable to that purchase.

Gift Card Restrictions

Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards unless expressly permitted by Be Ocean USA.

Fraud Protection

Be Ocean USA will never ask you to purchase a gift card to pay a bill, fee, tax, debt, or other obligation. If someone asks you to provide a gift card code for these purposes, it may be a scam.
