Be Ocean USA – Return & Exchange Policy


Return & Exchange Policy

At Be Ocean USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and the sanitary sticker intact.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Bikinis that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns initiated after 14 days from delivery will only be eligible for exchanges within the same product type (different size or color) if available.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Be Ocean USA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.

Returns without valid tracking information may not be eligible for a refund.

If a returned item arrives used, damaged, or without original tags/sanitary stickers, the return will not be accepted.

The customer will have 7 days to provide a valid shipping label to receive the item back.

If no valid label is provided, the item will be considered abandoned.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently offered for size or color changes, only for items in stock.

Customers must initiate the exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Any difference in price or shipping cost for the new item will be billed via a Shopify Draft Order, which the customer must pay before the exchange is shipped.


Final Sale & Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Any future sale items will follow the same Final Sale policy unless otherwise stated.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed 6–8 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately via the live chat on our website or at beoceanbikinisusa@gmail.com

We will request photos of the item before approving a replacement or exchange.

 

Tip for Customers:

Try on your bikini over underwear to keep it returnable, and double-check your size/color before purchasing.
